Products from the factory are checked before shipping to make sure all components are present. However, if the product should arrive in a nonfunctional condition the customer must report it to The Outdoorsman within 72 hours of receipt, and we will exchange it for a functioning unit of the same model or, if this is not possible, find a closely related device to offer as a replacement. Should neither of these choices be possible, a full refund will be issued (provided the product has not been altered in any way that would void the factory warranty).
If the package was damaged during shipping, the customer must notify The Outdoorsman as soon as possible so that we may assist in the UPS insurance claim process.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If an item is returned without first notifying The Outdoorsman, it will not be accepted.
It is under the full discretion of The Outdoorsman to allow or deny refunds which fall outside the scope of this policy.
